Easter 2014

We decided not to go to my parents' house for Easter since we will be there for the next few weekends. We didn't really have a ton planned but come Saturday morning, we decided to go to the city's Easter egg hunt. We went on over and got in line. Mike was all ready to start throwing elbows and when they said. "Go" he went. He literally started running with Beckham and turned around to see that he was literally, the ONLY one running. Turns out the Easter egg hunt for ages infant to 1 really is for the kids. Who knew. We got Beckham to pick up a few eggs. It was actaully pretty adorable and I am glad we went.
Mike used his legs as chopsticks to pick up some of the eggs and the rest Beck got on his own.
This has got to be one of my favorite pictures EVER! I love how proud he is in this pic. He was holding on to his little basket so hard too. It is such a perfect pic.
The heat started to come in and so did our laziness, so instead of sitting there waiting an hour to sit on the bunny's lap, we took one from a distance. This still counts right?
Mike then took Beckham on his first little swing. He didn't seem to care too much about it.
The rest of the day, we spent flying our kite. This has become our Easter tradition and we LOVE it. Mike seriously turns into a kid when we go fly kites. Watching him run back and forth is hilarious.
Beckham loved watching the kite flying in the sky. He was totally memorized by it.
