Protein Bars!

My sister gave me this recipe and I have been in love with it ever since. 
Give it a try!

1c. oatmeal (I like to put them in a blender a little)
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. Honey
3/4 c. coconut
1/2 c. ground flax seed
1 tsp. vanilla. 

Mix it all together and roll them in balls and freeze them. They are a perfect sweet snack that won't make you feel terrible about yourself because they are called "protein bars", so you know they are good for you.
