Mini Apple Pies

What better thing to do with apples, then make apple pie!
Well, Mike claims he doesn't like apple pie too much (he is obviously not American) so I decided to try these bite size apple pies that I found in "Taste of Home". They were pretty much pie dough wrapped around a sliced apple with butter, cinnamon and sugar. They were excellent and Mike definitely ate his fair share :) I think I need to dry baking a few more pies int he future. That was really fun
