We had to get the big van so we could connect the car. Mike's bro got married on Saturday, so once we got everything packed up, cleaned up and ready to go it was about 3:00 Utah time, 4:00 Chicago time. We had some great help on Friday packing everything up and it was so nice-thank you!
We then hit the road heading through Wyoming, Nebraska and Iowa and then on to Illinois. I have to admit they almost all looked the same-just plain with a lot of corn. We slept right outside of Chicago and then went rest of the way the next morning for my job interview.
And this was the first sight of Chicago. :)
